WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ME TO RENT A CAR?

IS THERE A CANCELATION FEE?
No, there is no cancellation fee. However, you are required to give at least 7-days prior notice if you wish to cancel your reservation.
WHAT IS THE FUEL POLICY?
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as in pick-up. In case the renter returns the car with more fuel, the price of the excess fuel will not be refunded.
Do you provide baby and childrens seats?
Yes baby seats and children’s booster seats are provided free of charge. Please make sure you tell us your needs at the time of booking.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO EXTEND MY RENTAL PERIOD?
Like all car rental companies, car models are indicative only. In the reservation only the car category is confirmed, not a specific car model or color.

Do you provide baby and childrens seats?
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE THE CAR KEY?
In case of key loss, you should contact the local station where you picked up the car. Our agents will bring you a replacement key. Key loss is not covered by insurance, so extra charges will apply.
do i need a credit card to rent a car?
No. A credit card is not required to hire a car, we also accept cash.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE CAR?
The full amount must be paid in full when you collect the vehicle.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE DRIVER?
Up to 2 drivers per rental are included in the price.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD I CAN RENT A CAR FOR?
Our minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours) and multiples thereof.
